It's been a while and I am not the same person I was when I last wrote.
Since then I've had an Industrial accident at work and nearly lost my thumb. I got diagnosed with Prostate Cancer and have had that removed. As part of my recovery I ran the Joss Naylor Challenge (here -https://jossnaylor.blogspot.com/2019/12/simon-fox-m55-08-june-19.html), we've all been through Covid and, lastly, I have recently had a mini stroke (TIA).
Other than that it's been pretty quiet...
